About the role

CDR External Development is seeking a Producer to drive multiple game projects forward. You will own internal production pipelines and manage external development partners, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and contracts stay on track.

Key responsibilities

• Own internal projects end‑to‑end at the execution level, tracking tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating across disciplines and client teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, becoming a trusted partner.
• Keep work flowing across a portfolio of projects, monitoring details to prevent slips.
• Identify risks and blockers early, flag them, and drive resolution.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for external development partners, running vendor meetings and aligning on scope, dates, and deliverables.
• Track milestones and hold providers accountable to commitments, dates, and contract terms.
• Improve CDR’s internal systems, processes, and documentation for more efficient, repeatable production.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in video game production or external development management.
• Solid understanding of game development cycles, pipelines, and cross‑disciplinary dependencies (art, design, engineering, QA).
• Strong operational skills: ability to track a large volume of moving parts and keep everything visible.
• Comfortable running meetings and communicating clearly with internal teams and external partners.
