About the role

Join Accenture's Process Reinvention Hub to lead next‑generation process transformation for global enterprises. You will blend human ingenuity with digital intelligence to redesign value chains using Lean Six Sigma, AI, and automation technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead process discovery and white‑boarding sessions, leveraging AI copilots, process simulators, and agentic orchestration frameworks.
• Deliver hybrid process‑mining, AI‑agent, and GenAI‑based insight projects for senior business stakeholders.
• Work with leading platforms such as Celonis, Signavio, Power Automate Process Mining, ServiceNow, and Appian.
• Develop business requirements and AI‑prompt engineering logic for contextual decision‑making layers.
• Create reusable AI‑powered assets, accelerators, and process blueprints.
• Bridge business, data‑science, and engineering teams to co‑develop AI‑driven process solutions.
• Implement governance frameworks for AI/GenAI workflows ensuring transparency and ethical compliance.
• Partner with change‑management teams to drive stakeholder alignment, training, and adoption.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to devise methodical solutions.
• Experience with low‑code/no‑code or agentic orchestration platforms.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for non‑technical audiences.
• Cross‑cultural competence and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
