Prize & Winners Representative

About the role

The Prize & Winners Representative will be the main point of contact for all prize winners across Loyalty Clubs USA’s brand portfolio. You will ensure a seamless, memorable experience from the moment winners are notified until the prize is delivered, while maintaining brand reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage winner communications from initial notification through final prize delivery, tracking follow‑ups and ensuring no detail is missed.
• Draft and send winner experience content such as congratulations emails, social media announcements, feature stories, and SMS notifications.
• Upload and maintain winner content (photos, profiles, testimonials) on brand websites and social platforms.
• Coordinate prize logistics, including bonding documentation, title transfers, transport scheduling, arrival coordination, and filming arrangements.
• Liaise with legal, shipping, and operations teams to meet compliance requirements (American Sweepstakes Corporation, state‑specific bonding, etc.).
• Maintain a winner tracking system covering prize status, communication logs, documentation checklists, and content delivery.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in customer success, client relations, event coordination, or communications.
• Exceptional written English for daily email, social post, and announcement creation.
• Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple active winners across several brands.
• Warm, people‑first attitude with a detail‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with CMS and website uploads.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Basic knowledge of CRM or project‑management tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify and Klaviyo.
