Presales Specialist – Microsoft Alliance

About the role

Netrix Global is looking for a Presales Specialist to drive its Microsoft Alliance initiatives in Buenos Aires. The role will support the sales process, create marketing content, and manage partnership campaigns to generate demand and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Support the overall sales process within the Netrix‑Microsoft strategic partnership.
• Develop and deliver content for the Microsoft Alliance and internal sales teams.
• Collaborate with Strategic Partnerships Managers, Sales, and Corporate Marketing to design and execute sales campaigns.
• Manage campaign communications, including emails and newsletters, ensuring relevance to target audiences.
• Measure and report on campaign performance – traffic, leads, engagement, pipeline generation, and conversions.
• Oversee partner marketing programs: create content, organise events, maintain landing pages, and produce reports.
• Build and nurture relationships with assigned partners through regular remote and in‑person meetings.
• Gather market research insights and disseminate them to sales and partners.
• Coordinate and manage joint events with Microsoft and other special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (oral and written).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or channel/alliance management, preferably with Microsoft partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and revenue through integrated campaigns.
