Presales Architect – PCAI

About the role

The PCAI Presales Architect role at HPE is a hybrid position, requiring on‑site presence in the Buenos Aires office about two days per week. You will design and present complex, outcome‑based solutions that combine HPE hardware, software, services and as‑a‑service offerings to meet customer business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and design comprehensive proposals that translate customer business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead deep‑dive discussions with customers and internal account teams to build relationships and drive solution adoption.
• Provide technical expertise to sales teams through presentations, demos, proofs‑of‑concept and thought leadership.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and emerging technologies to inform solution strategy.
• Drive pipeline development by identifying up‑selling, cross‑selling and new opportunity areas.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in technology or related field preferred, or equivalent technical qualifications.
• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting and solution selling, preferably within IA or enterprise architecture.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., technology, enterprise architecture frameworks) are a plus.

Required skills

• Solution architecture and design across hardware, software, services and as‑a‑service models.
• Technical consulting and presales expertise, including demos and proofs‑of‑concept.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and project‑management methodologies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive audiences.
