Portfolio Manager – Service Solutions

About the role

You will lead growth and innovation for our industrial service portfolio, focusing on tank cleaning, heat exchangers and related solutions. The role combines business planning, marketing execution and technical support across indirect sales channels, with a strong emphasis on Hispanic markets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and expand the service solutions portfolio through indirect sales channels.
• Develop and execute business plans, marketing campaigns and incentive programs.
• Provide technical leadership and training to distributors, channel managers and end‑users.
• Manage customer support agreements, monitor subscriptions and ensure high service quality.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Travel across Hispanic countries to strengthen partner relationships and support business growth.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of tank cleaning, heat exchangers, maintenance, spare parts and monitoring.
• Experience in industrial services, post‑sales or technical‑commercial roles.
• Proven abilities in business planning, marketing and project management.
• Advanced spoken and written English.
