Platforms & Technology Enablement Consultant - Health (Salesforce)

About the role

Within Accenture's Strategy & Consulting Global Network, the Health Industry group works with clients to turn strategy into results. As a Platforms & Technology Enablement Consultant, you will bridge strategic objectives and technology delivery by designing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions that modernize operations in health and adjacent sectors. The role combines client-site work with local opportunities and contributes to high performance through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client deliveries, reporting and dashboarding, and deliver global projects with teams of various sizes, including data analytics, operating model and process design, value transformation, business cases and experience design.
• Lead workstreams on the design, configuration and deployment of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud) for payer, provider or health-adjacent clients.
• Run diagnostic assessments of integration gaps, process inefficiencies and adoption barriers, and design operating models and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with technical teams, system integrators and business stakeholders, and support clients through UAT, go-live and hypercare.
• Design and run training strategies, including train-the-trainer programs, and build up client staff's skills.
• Develop communication plans and support the establishment of a client Platform Center of Excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting Salesforce (at least one full-cycle implementation).
• Ability to lead workstreams, manage stakeholders and deliver in agile or hybrid environments.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience turning process assessments into configuration or design decisions.
• Advanced English (written and spoken); active use of Generative AI.

Required skills

• Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud); Salesforce Health Cloud is a strong plus.
• Preferred: integration with EHR, data lakes or middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi), and familiarity with SaFe, Scrum, Kanban, Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Preferred: Microsoft 365, Power BI, Tableau, and change management methods (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter).
