About the role
Our client, a rapidly growing direct‑to‑consumer apparel brand in the United States, is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to lead the paid‑media creative engine. Working full‑time during US business hours, you will partner with marketing leadership, creative teams and paid‑media operations to maximise ROI across multiple acquisition channels.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the paid‑creative strategy for Meta, TikTok, Google and other acquisition platforms.
- Build and maintain a high‑performing ad‑creative system, including testing frameworks, fatigue planning and scaling decisions.
- Analyse performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CAC, MER, hook rate, hold rate, CPM and AOV to inform creative direction.
- Lead weekly creative‑strategy meetings and performance reviews.
- Brief video editors, graphic designers and content creators based on data‑driven insights.
- Collaborate daily with marketing leadership and paid‑media teams for optimisation.
- Support founder‑led content production and performance‑focused creative execution.
Required profile
- 3‑5+ years managing paid‑creative strategy for a high‑growth DTC or e‑commerce brand.
- Strong grasp of performance‑marketing metrics and paid‑media optimisation.
- Experience building creative‑testing systems, ad frameworks and reporting structures.
- Ability to operate in fast‑moving creative production pipelines and multi‑category brands.
Required skills
- Familiarity with AI‑powered ad‑creative tools such as Arcads, Pencil, Creatify or Foreplay.
- Proficiency with CapCut for video editing.
- Experience with performance‑analytics platforms like Triple Whale, Northbeam or Motion.
