Payments Implementation Manager

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Payments Implementation Manager to lead high‑impact payments initiatives across the business. You will drive regional integration of new payment networks, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensure smooth, compliant operations for millions of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end regional rollout of newly assigned payment schemes and product rails.
• Produce and validate detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) for seamless integration.
• Serve as the primary technical and operational contact for external partners, payment scheme operators, and central banks.
• Build and monitor live performance dashboards using SQL to track transaction behavior.
• Own system health by analyzing logs and troubleshooting complex routing or payment failures.
• Establish operational controls, track performance metrics, and alert leadership to regulatory or service‑level gaps.
• Create repeatable frameworks, process documentation, and localized SOPs from scratch in ambiguous environments.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in payment operations, integration management, or technical product management.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder integration projects or full product market launches.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Self‑directed, capable of planning and executing processes autonomously.

Required skills

• SQL for data analysis and dashboard creation.
• Knowledge of payment standards, messaging protocols, and card processing workflows.
• Experience with payment integration and operational control frameworks.
