Part-Time Social Media Manager & B2B Content Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager and B2B Content Specialist to lead LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook strategies for a US‑based insurance consulting platform. This part‑time role (20 hours/week) focuses on building credibility, thought leadership, and lead generation for executive‑level audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook accounts.
• Create professional B2B social media content tailored to executive audiences.
• Develop LinkedIn‑focused thought‑leadership and educational posts.
• Produce and edit short‑form videos and branded visual assets.
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize content strategy.
• Align messaging with business goals, positioning, and lead‑generation objectives.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders on content direction and communication strategy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social media management or content marketing.
• Strong background with B2B, consulting, financial services, legal, insurance, SaaS, or professional‑service brands.
• Proven LinkedIn content strategy expertise.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently.
