Part-Time Google Ads Manager for Ecommerce Growth

About the role

Sistaco, a global ecommerce beauty brand, is seeking a part‑time Google Ads Manager to help scale its international sales. You will work directly with the Performance Marketing Director to design, launch and optimise campaigns that drive profitable growth across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise daily Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and Display/Remarketing.
• Scale profitable campaigns while meeting ROAS targets.
• Develop and test new campaign structures and Performance Max strategies.
• Conduct search‑term analysis, keyword expansion and feed optimisation for Shopping campaigns.
• Design and test YouTube ad creatives and landing‑page funnels.
• Provide performance reporting, insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative and ecommerce teams to improve ad assets and conversion pathways.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Google Ads for ecommerce or beauty brands.
• Strong understanding of performance‑marketing metrics and attribution.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part‑time setting.
• Detail‑oriented with a data‑driven mindset.
