Paid Media Analyst – Bilingual English/Spanish

About the role

Chili Digital is seeking a bilingual Paid Media Analyst to own and optimise omnichannel performance campaigns across Latin America. You will manage the full campaign lifecycle—from client onboarding and media planning to execution, testing, optimisation and ROI reporting—ensuring every invested dollar drives measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and align paid‑media strategies with business objectives.
• Develop detailed media plans covering audiences, budgets, channels and KPIs.
• Launch and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, retail media and programmatic platforms.
• Design and execute A/B tests on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies and landing pages.
• Continuously optimise campaigns to maximise ROI/ROAS.
• Produce data‑backed performance reports with actionable insights.
• Manage campaign workflows and tracking in the SENTR CRM, ensuring timely communication.
• Execute campaigns in both Spanish and English with culturally relevant messaging.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years managing paid‑media campaigns, preferably in an agency.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable ROI/ROAS.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
