Packaging Operator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Packaging Operator to join Mars’ manufacturing plant. In this role you will work on the packaging hall, ensuring the line runs efficiently while upholding the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain excellent packaging line efficiency according to the set plan and report any deviations.
• Support peers to achieve the highest safety, quality and efficiency standards throughout the packing hall.
• Be responsible for achieving the GMP/GHP packaging score.
• Ensure cleaning regimes are upheld and fulfilled to the highest standard.
• Actively participate in operational processes that improve business performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 GCSEs at grade C or above.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical background desirable but not essential.
