About the role
The Cash Application Intern will support daily cash receipt handling, processing and depositing to ensure accurate payment recording for Airgas customers. This role offers a hands‑on introduction to accounts receivable and cash application processes.
Key responsibilities
- Handle, process and deposit cash receipts.
- Apply payments for Airgas customers.
- Create and review payment receipts.
- Follow up on main KPIs of the Cash Application team.
- Participate in month‑end AR closing tasks.
- Work on collection requests.
Required profile
- English – Upper‑Intermediate proficiency (B2/C1).
- Currently studying Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
- Thrive in a collaborative, supportive and dynamic environment.
- No previous experience required; eager learners are welcome.
Required skills
- Proficient with Google + environment.
- Significant experience with Internet tools.
