Order to Cash B2C Specialist

About the role

Join PMI’s Finance Operations team in Buenos Aires as an Order to Cash (B2C) Specialist. You will support end‑to‑end O2C processes, ensuring accurate transaction processing, timely reconciliations and excellent customer service while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales orders, maintain customer accounts and allocate payments.
• Perform account and balance‑sheet reconciliations, resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor outstanding balances, support collection activities and ensure compliance with financial controls.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve service quality.
• Contribute to financial reporting, maintain accurate transaction records and participate in audits and improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations or Shared Services.
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (preferred).
