Operations Technician – IAM Analyst

About the role

Join EY's Information Security team as an Operations Technician (IAM Analyst) and help protect data for over 330,000 users worldwide. You will work on a complex Active Directory environment, hybrid cloud deployments, and identity lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for access and account management incidents across multiple platforms.
• Perform operation‑level troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and recommend process improvements.
• Document issues and resolutions in the support tracking system.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of security administration or IT support experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and independent decision‑making in IAM processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
• Experience with Azure AD.
• Management of user/group accounts, service accounts, and elevated access.
• Basic knowledge of Outlook/Exchange, Microsoft Teams, and standard desktop environments.
