About the role
We are seeking a highly organized, tech‑savvy Operations & Tech Office Manager to support a growing construction company. The role blends administrative oversight with process automation, helping the business scale through improved workflows and technology integration.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily office and operational activities, ensuring consistency across workflows.
- Maintain and optimise JobTread processes, templates, and related documentation.
- Support automation initiatives and system integrations using Zapier, DataX, and other tools.
- Coordinate communication with customers, vendors, and internal team members.
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and operational follow‑up.
- Handle occasional customer payment‑related phone calls and general administrative tasks.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and overall efficiency.
- Provide general operations and project coordination support to leadership.
Required profile
- Previous experience in operations, office management, project coordination, or administrative management.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Tech‑savvy mindset and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a small, collaborative team.

What we offer
- Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM‑5:00 PM Central Time.
- Compensation: $1,500‑$2,000 USD per month, based on experience.
- 10 days paid time off annually plus standard US holidays.
