Operations Manager – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, tech‑savvy Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of a fast‑growing online real‑estate education business. Working remotely across LATAM, you will partner directly with the founder to turn vision into execution, build scalable systems and keep the team aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document and optimise operational processes and workflows.
• Translate strategic ideas into actionable execution plans and track progress.
• Coordinate projects, deadlines and priorities across a remote team.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact and ensure accountability.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks on operations and client experience.
• Monitor KPIs, operational metrics and identify bottlenecks for improvement.
• Support scaling initiatives in sales, operations and client delivery.
• Implement tools, automations and tech solutions to boost efficiency.
• Free the founder to focus on growth by managing day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Strong background in operations, project or business management.
• Exceptional organisational and execution abilities.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication.
• Proactive problem‑solver able to manage multiple moving parts.
• Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new systems.
• Experience managing remote teams and workflows.
• Process‑driven mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Independent ownership and fast‑learning attitude.
• Experience in online education, coaching or real‑estate is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRMs, project‑management platforms and automation tools.
