Operations Manager

About the role

Belong is looking for an Operations Manager to own the critical moments that shape resident experience – the move‑in day and ongoing homecare. You will ensure homes are ready, repairs are resolved quickly, and the overall service meets high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a Buenos Aires‑based operations team and manage a network of Belong Pros across markets.
• Oversee end‑to‑end quality for move‑ins and homecare, ensuring homes are clean, documented, safe, and ready.
• Handle escalations, make senior‑level decisions, and close issues with transparency.
• Build feedback loops that turn field data into process improvements using CSAT, SLA, and quality metrics.
• Develop and execute the AI roadmap for operations, creating prompts, testing agents, and designing automation workflows.
• Partner directly with Engineering and Product to translate operational pain points into product requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operations teams, preferably in property or real‑estate services.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to monitor CSAT, SLA compliance, and performance metrics.
• Comfortable working hands‑on with AI tools and driving automation initiatives.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with engineering and product teams.
