Operations, Logistics & Customer Service Roles – Buenos Aires

About the role

PLS Logistics is expanding its team in Palermo, Buenos Aires and is looking for motivated individuals to fill multiple full‑time positions in operations, logistics and customer service. The roles are onsite, Monday‑Friday, with working hours adjusted to U.S. daylight‑saving time when applicable. Advanced English is required.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
• Handle billing, invoicing and related administrative tasks.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems.
• Communicate professionally with customers, carriers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, providing excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• High accuracy in data entry.
• Professional communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Customer‑focused mindset and problem‑solving orientation.
• Experience with U.S.‑based clients is a plus, but not mandatory.
• No prior logistics experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
