Operations Analyst / Case Manager (Mid‑Level)

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Analyst / Case Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking U.S. immigration visas. You will guide clients from onboarding through the final visa or green‑card approval, ensuring each petition is delivered on time and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding calls, welcome new clients and outline next steps.
• Analyze client profiles and design optimal immigration strategies.
• Collect, organize and verify supporting documents for visa petitions.
• Act as liaison between clients and the legal team, translating client needs into technical documentation.
• Maintain continuous engagement through regular video updates and data collection.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Case Manager, Operations Analyst, Customer Success or similar role handling complex processes.
• Strong process orientation, managing the “middle ground” between sales and delivery.
• Advanced written and spoken English; ability to communicate with international clients.
• Highly organized, able to juggle a high volume of simultaneous cases with urgency.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude and composure under pressure.
• Prior exposure to immigration or legal environments is a plus.
