Online Engagement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Online Engagement Specialist to be the first point of contact for visitors on a leading destination‑wedding travel platform. Working remotely, you will use live‑chat technology to engage prospects, answer their questions, qualify leads and guide them toward a consultation with a Destination Wedding Specialist.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to website visitors in real time via live chat, delivering a friendly and consultative experience.
• Answer questions about destination weddings, travel services and the planning process.
• Collect and update prospect information in the CRM, qualify leads and schedule consultations.
• Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining fast response times.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to improve chat scripts, workflows and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Exceptional written English communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
