Office-based Call Center Agent – Santa Fe

About the role

We are looking for an office‑based Call Center Agent to handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers needing towing and roadside assistance in Santa Fe, Argentina. The role works on a Pacific Standard Time schedule, providing clear information and converting inquiries into confirmed service requests.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, listen to customers, assess vehicle issues and determine the appropriate towing or roadside assistance solution.
• Collect accurate service details such as location, vehicle information, issue type, destination and any special requirements.
• Provide information on services, pricing, estimated arrival times and procedures.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed service requests and coordinate with dispatchers and service providers.
• Keep customers updated on service status, arrival times and any delays.
• Document interactions, requests and dispatch information in the CRM or dispatch system.
• Meet KPIs including call quality, conversion rate, handling time and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Prior experience in customer service, call centers or sales preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work full‑time on a PST schedule, including rotating shifts, nights, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Maps for location identification.
• Experience using CRM software and call‑center applications.
• Comfortable working with computers and standard office software.
