Office-based Call Center Agent (Buenos Aires)

About the role

We are looking for an office‑based Call Center Agent to handle inbound requests for towing and roadside assistance from customers in Buenos Aires. The role operates on a Pacific Standard Time schedule and requires bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls, listen actively, and assess vehicle issues.
• Gather accurate service details such as location, vehicle information, issue type, and destination.
• Provide clear information on services, pricing, estimated arrival times, and procedures.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed service requests and document them in the CRM/dispatch system.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and service providers to ensure timely job assignment and completion.
• Keep customers updated on status, ETA, and any delays, and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Meet performance targets including call quality, handling time, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or sales preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work full‑time on a PST schedule and on‑site in an office.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Maps for location identification.
• Experience using CRM software and call‑center applications.
• Comfortable working with computers and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
