Network Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, client‑facing Network Operations Specialist to become the operational backbone of our Partners Network Business Unit. You will manage escalations, resolve booking issues, onboard new accounts and lead projects from start to finish in a fast‑paced fintech‑travel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle escalated support tickets from clients and suppliers, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
• Investigate and resolve booking failures and manage relocation requests end‑to‑end.
• Own and drive onboarding and optimization processes for new and existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate data across internal tools such as CRM and Jira.
• Execute recurring operational tasks to keep the network running smoothly.
• Lead specific projects within the Network Business Unit, guiding them from initiation to successful completion.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in operations or account management within the travel or tourism industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage client and supplier relationships professionally.
• Highly organized, proactive and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem‑solving and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in a hyper‑growth startup environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with ParSec is an advantage.
