National Service Manager

About the role

Mindray, a global leader in medical equipment, is seeking a National Service Manager to lead service management and technical support across the country. You will act as the bridge between the headquarters service team and local distributors, ensuring high customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of service processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage service operations, coordinate with headquarters, and guide distributors on service team management.
• Provide training to distributor service teams, collect competitor information, and establish local platforms such as call centers and spare‑part inventory systems.
• Gather end‑user feedback to optimize workflows and improve service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, bioengineering, biomedical or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in the medical industry, preferably with life support, medical imaging or IVD products.
• Strong coaching, leadership, communication skills and willingness to travel frequently.
• Good English proficiency; Chinese is a plus.
