Middle Tier 1 Analyst – IT Support & System Administration

About the role

We are looking for a specialist with a strong troubleshooting mindset to provide IT support and system administration for our mental‑health platform. The role focuses on user access management, SaaS tool administration, and macOS support while ensuring a smooth user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage user access, SaaS tools, and macOS devices across the organization.
• Administer IAM/MDM solutions such as JumpCloud, handling user provisioning and device management.
• Configure and maintain Google Workspace at the admin level, including users, groups, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot SSO/MFA issues, including lockouts, resets, and authentication problems.
• Support and license management for SaaS applications like Slack, Atlassian suite, and Notion.
• Provide macOS troubleshooting (login issues, FileVault, setup) and general IT support (email, connectivity, applications).
• Handle tickets through the designated ticketing system and respond to Slack‑based support requests.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving skills with a structured approach.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for user support.

Required skills

• JumpCloud or similar IAM/MDM solution.
• Google Workspace administration.
• SSO/MFA troubleshooting.
• SaaS tools administration (Slack, Atlassian, Notion).
• macOS troubleshooting and support.
• Experience with ticketing systems and Slack‑based support.
