Microsoft Ecosystem Architect & Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Microsoft Ecosystem Architect / Developer to drive the evolution of our platform. The role blends strategic architecture with hands‑on engineering, focusing on Azure, Power Pages, SQL Server, and Power BI.

Key responsibilities

• Design secure, scalable solutions across Azure, Power Pages, SQL Server, and Power BI.
• Define technical standards, integration patterns, and development practices.
• Contribute directly to code, building Power Pages components, integrations, and data flows.
• Optimize SQL data structures for performance, reliability, and reporting.
• Introduce Azure‑native services to improve resilience and scalability.
• Identify and remediate technical debt, bottlenecks, and fragile areas.
• Enhance observability, deployment reliability, and fault tolerance.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to break work into deliverables and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure security and compliance by design, implementing enterprise‑grade access controls and data protection.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure and Power Pages.
• Proven ability to design and build production‑grade solutions on the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server schema design, performance tuning, and data integration.
• Experience with Power BI, especially embedded reporting scenarios.
• Ability to translate business needs into robust solution architecture.
