Meta Ads Designer – High‑Volume Static Creative

About the role

We are seeking a Meta Ads Designer to join a fast‑growing DTC pet brand. You will create high‑volume, test‑ready static ads for Facebook and Instagram, focusing on performance rather than pure aesthetics.

Key responsibilities

• Design static ad creatives (single image, carousel, collection) for Meta feed, Stories and Reels.
• Produce multiple size variations (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 1.91:1) and rapid iterations for testing.
• Develop direct‑response layouts such as benefit callouts, before/after, testimonial and offer ads.
• Iterate designs based on performance data, refining winning concepts and discarding under‑performers.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly) to scale output while maintaining quality.
• Deliver organized, export‑ready files ready for production.

Required profile

• 3+ years designing static ads for DTC/e‑commerce brands on paid social.
• Portfolio demonstrating scroll‑stopping, conversion‑focused work.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Strong grasp of direct‑response design principles: hierarchy, contrast, readability on small screens.
• Ability to ship a high volume of assets weekly and work US Eastern/Central business hours.
• Self‑directed and comfortable iterating without extensive hand‑holding.
