Medior Community Manager – Late Evenings/Weekends

About the role

Monks is seeking a Medior Community Manager to lead social media and communication campaigns during evenings and weekends. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to create engaging content, respond to community interactions, and drive brand performance.

Key responsibilities

• Set and implement social media and communication campaigns aligned with marketing strategies.
• Develop and execute content calendars in partnership with the social strategist and content creator.
• Write engaging copy for posts, responses, and community interactions.
• Monitor and respond to comments and customer queries promptly.
• Collaborate with data analysts and social strategists to produce monthly and quarterly performance reports.
• Conduct social listening to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
• Ensure all social channels remain on‑brand and up‑to‑date with digital technology trends.
• Analyze daily brand conversations and overall performance to meet client KPIs.
• Cover brand‑related events in real time.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in community management.
• Client‑facing experience with strong verbal communication.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and flexible, comfortable working evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to track and interpret community metrics.

Required skills

• Knowledge of social media best practices, formats, and tone of voice.
• Proficiency with social listening tools and digital reporting.
• Experience managing content calendars.
• Strong analytical skills for performance analysis.
