Media Buyer (AI & Performance Marketing)

About the role

We are seeking a Media Buyer with strong AI‑assisted marketing expertise to scale global paid campaigns. You will drive commercial growth and audience engagement across multiple platforms, working remotely from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and programmatic channels.
• Handle budgets, audience segmentation, bidding strategies and campaign structures for diverse regional markets.
• Develop full‑funnel strategies for lead generation, brand awareness and audience growth.
• Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CPL, CTR, CPM) and conduct A/B and multivariate testing.
• Collaborate with copy, video and AI teams to create performance‑driven creatives.
• Provide regular performance analysis, reporting and optimisation recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and performance marketing.
• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio, Google Analytics and data analysis.
• Strong English conversational skills and full fluency in Arabic.
