Marketing Virtual Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our marketing and content teams at the Martell Group. The role focuses on handling low‑leverage but essential operational tasks so senior marketers can concentrate on strategy and growth. This is a remote contractor position paying $2,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution and coordination of multi‑channel marketing initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, task tracking, and marketing workflows.
• Prepare assets, documents, and materials for campaign launches.
• Maintain organized marketing files, content libraries, and documentation.
• Publish content across social media and digital platforms, coordinating captions, thumbnails, and supporting assets.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and content opportunities.
• Handle recurring administrative tasks, schedule meetings, and track deliverables.
• Enter data, generate reports, and document processes.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using online collaboration tools.
• Resourceful with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Available during North American business hours; Latin America location preferred.
