Marketing Specialist – MedTech Surgical Portfolio

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the commercialization of its surgical product portfolio in Argentina. The role will drive brand execution, market analysis, and customer engagement while collaborating closely with sales and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Implement annual marketing plans aligned with business strategy.
• Support product launches and campaigns, develop marketing materials and coordinate events.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and gather customer insights.
• Partner with sales teams, develop value propositions and selling tools.
• Manage product lifecycle, provide forecast inputs and support pricing and tender processes.
• Collaborate with regulatory and other cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing, preferably within MedTech or surgical product environments.
• Ability to execute brand strategies and conduct market analysis.
• Strong customer‑engagement skills and proven collaboration with sales and cross‑functional teams.
