Marketing Manager (Payments & Fintech)

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for key brands within a fast‑moving international payments and fintech environment. Based in Argentina, you will work autonomously, influencing business direction while delivering measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for assigned brands, setting priorities, KPIs, roadmaps and growth initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for brands and stakeholders, leading strategic discussions and providing industry‑based recommendations.
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, coordinating internal teams and external partners to meet timelines, quality standards and objectives.
• Manage marketing budgets, track performance, and produce clear reporting on results and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure alignment of marketing activities with broader business goals.
• Apply payment industry knowledge, including compliance, regulatory messaging, merchant acquiring, chargebacks and risk management.
• Review marketing claims and materials for industry compliance and standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably within payments or fintech sectors.
• Proven ability to manage strategic initiatives from concept through execution with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while handling multiple brands or client accounts.

Required skills

• In‑depth understanding of payment industry requirements, compliance considerations and risk management.
• Experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
