Marketing Manager – DTC Ecommerce (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Marketing Manager to lead paid media, lifecycle marketing and optimization initiatives for a high‑growth DTC apparel brand. The role is fully remote and reports to senior leadership, driving revenue through data‑driven strategies across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee paid media performance on Meta, Google and other acquisition platforms.
• Manage and optimize email and SMS lifecycle campaigns.
• Lead forecasting, revenue planning and performance analysis for all marketing initiatives.
• Own core business metrics such as ROAS, MER, CAC, conversion rate and retention.
• Develop and maintain weekly optimization processes and A/B testing frameworks for offers, landing pages, creative and messaging.
• Coordinate product launches, promotional calendars and seasonal campaigns.
• Provide QA oversight on creative, copy and brand alignment.
• Manage vendors, agencies, freelancers and external partners.
• Collaborate with creative, ecommerce, operations and leadership teams.
• Strategically oversee secondary channels including TikTok Shop, Amazon, affiliate programs and influencer initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience scaling 7‑8‑figure DTC ecommerce brands.
• Strong forecasting and performance analytics background.
• Deep understanding of traffic acquisition, conversion optimization and customer lifecycle.
• Ability to balance analytical decision‑making with marketing intuition.
• Comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
