Marketing Lead (AI-First)

About the role

We are HeyHiHello, a fully remote design, build and growth agency helping startups, scale‑ups and ambitious brands launch better products and grow them. We need a Marketing Lead who will own the marketing function and turn it into a predictable demand engine, leveraging AI workflows, an in‑house design team, developers, a PPC agency and a PR budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategy and production.
• Drive LinkedIn, website and SEO growth.
• Manage email marketing campaigns (both warm and cold).
• Oversee CRM management and lead nurturing.
• Optimize conversion rate (CRO) and landing pages.
• Coordinate PPC and PR agency activities.
• Produce reporting, analytics and performance dashboards.
• Qualify inbound leads and book meetings.

Required profile

• AI‑first mindset with daily use of tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
• Proven experience building and improving AI‑driven marketing workflows.
• Systemic thinking across the full marketing funnel.
• Exceptional written English.
• Passion for testing, measuring and iterating performance.
• Comfortable thriving in an ambiguous, fast‑moving environment.
