Marketing Director

About the role

Structured Rebellion is a B2B marketing consultancy that partners with mid‑market technology companies to rebuild under‑performing marketing functions. We are seeking a Marketing Director to own multiple client engagements end‑to‑end, translating strategy into execution and ensuring measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for several active accounts, run weekly meetings, set agendas and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Translate agreed‑upon strategies into workstreams, timelines and accountabilities, coordinating with client marketing teams, developers and vendors.
• Manage client‑side marketing staff, freelancers and agency partners to drive performance.
• Build and maintain reporting that links marketing activities to business outcomes and present weekly/monthly reviews to leadership.
• Own the CRM and broader marketing technology stack across accounts, configuring, optimizing and troubleshooting as needed.
• Oversee paid media, content, outbound and email campaigns, ensuring quality standards and providing corrective feedback.
• Design and deploy AI‑first tools and automation to scale marketing results.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of B2B marketing experience with senior leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record of managing marketing teams or owning a marketing function.
• Comfortable handling messy CRMs, unclear ICPs and divergent stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to juggle multiple client contexts simultaneously while maintaining clear oversight.
• Broad understanding of the full marketing mix and ability to converse with specialists in paid media, SEO, content and operations.
