Marketing & Client Success Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing & Client Success Manager to act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of international clients throughout their journey. The role blends marketing expertise with client‑success responsibilities, requiring strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects across cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building long‑term relationships.
• Lead onboarding and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Coordinate internally with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time.
• Review incoming client requests and verify completeness before work begins.
• Track project progress, priorities, and timelines while removing roadblocks.
• Maintain regular communication with clients about status, deliverables, and next steps.
• Proactively follow up to maximize engagement and satisfaction.
• Escalate risks when necessary and suggest process improvements.
• Handle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Management, Account Management, Project Coordination, or a similar client‑facing role.
• Advanced/Fluent English (C1‑C2) for daily communication with international clients.
• Background in marketing or experience working for marketing/advertising agencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
