Marketing Associate – Organic Growth & SEO

About the role

Avomind is expanding its global marketing team and seeks a Marketing Associate to boost our online visibility across the Americas, especially the US. You will work closely with business and recruitment teams to localise messaging, improve brand discoverability and drive organic inbound growth.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise on‑page and off‑page SEO, manage keyword planning, content optimisation and link‑building.
• Create and manage organic content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
• Build growth partnerships with companies, platforms and communities to extend reach.
• Track performance, run A/B tests, analyse data and scale high‑performing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 3‑5 years of B2B marketing experience in fast‑paced, international environments.
• Proven hands‑on experience in organic marketing, not just paid ads.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using dashboards and data‑driven decision making.

Required skills

• SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs or Moz.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for inbound performance tracking.
• Content creation and copywriting for social media.
• Familiarity with website platforms like Wix or WordPress (a plus).
