Manager - System Architect

About the role

PwC is seeking a Manager – System Architect to lead the delivery of transfer pricing and tax advisory services. In this role you will guide clients on complex tax regulations, ensure compliance, and help shape the firm’s strategic direction through technology and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and map the interactions between components of an entire system.
• Take ownership of projects, overseeing planning, budgeting, execution and successful completion.
• Partner with team leadership to guarantee quality, timelines and deliverables.
• Develop and encourage skill growth beyond comfort zones for yourself and the team.
• Mentor junior staff, using work reviews to deepen expertise.
• Address conflicts, conduct difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders, and escalate when necessary.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, firm code of conduct and independence requirements.
