Manager, Product Management, Core Products

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Management for its Core Products (Prepaid, Debit and Credit) to lead strategy execution in Argentina and Uruguay. The role will bridge global capabilities with local market needs, driving product differentiation, adoption and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Core Products strategy for Argentina and Uruguay, aligned with regional priorities.
• Collaborate with Product, Digital, Sales, Account Management, Services, Technology and Operations teams to launch and evolve the portfolio.
• Identify and prioritize business and technical enhancements to improve relevance, competitiveness and adoption.
• Monitor product KPIs and P&L performance to support incremental revenue growth.
• Ensure Core solutions are delivered within a unified, customer‑centric strategy.
• Support strategic customer engagements and help develop new business opportunities.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven product management experience, preferably in card payments (Prepaid, Debit, Credit).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the card payments ecosystem and experience launching and scaling products.
• Ability to operate effectively in matrixed organizations and influence multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
