Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking experienced management and leadership educators to help shape AI’s understanding of organizational behavior, decision‑making, and team dynamics. In this remote, freelance position you will review AI‑generated scenarios and provide feedback that improves how AI models reason through real‑world leadership challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy, realism, and logical soundness.
• Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design.
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic managerial recommendations.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI model reasoning on leadership problems.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing your own schedule.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong knowledge of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks.
• Ability to evaluate complex decision‑making and analyze trade‑offs.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to meet deadlines independently.
• Nice to have: MBA or Master’s in Management, Organizational Behavior, or related field; industry experience in leadership or consulting; familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation.
