Management Consultant – High Tech Strategy & Consulting

About the role

Join Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting team to help leading High‑Tech organizations transform their business models, operations and technology landscapes. You will work on high‑impact projects that blend strategy, data, AI and digital execution.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with global High‑Tech clients to design and execute business and transformation solutions across Marketing, GTM, Sales Operations and business operations.
• Analyze performance data, sales pipelines and operational flows to identify improvement opportunities and support data‑driven decisions.
• Design, map and improve business processes, translating needs into structured solutions, roadmaps and execution plans.
• Lead or support PMO activities, coordinating workstreams, timelines, risks and stakeholders across local and global teams.
• Leverage analytics, BI, visualization and AI tools to generate insights and enable better business outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Business, Engineering, Systems or related field.
• 4–8 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in High‑Tech or CMT companies.
• Advanced English (spoken and written) and advanced Excel skills.
• Hands‑on experience in project management/PMO and solid financial acumen.

Required skills

• Data analytics, reporting and business intelligence (Power BI or Tableau).
• Knowledge of Data & AI concepts, including Gen AI and Agentic AI.
• Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps, Snowflake, Databricks.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Jira, Jira Align).
