About the role

Venveo is seeking a full‑time Local SEO Specialist to drive measurable business impact for its construction‑focused clients. You will lead SEO innovation through strategic content optimization, technical audits, and local search management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical and content SEO audits across client accounts.
• Develop keyword research and local search strategies.
• Create and maintain content and optimization calendars aligned with business goals.
• Optimize existing and new content for SEO best practices and AI‑readiness.
• Manage Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization, ensuring accurate NAP data and citation consistency.
• Oversee citation building using BrightLocal or similar tools.
• Track SEO performance with ProRankTracker, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio dashboards.
• Implement on‑site SEO improvements within WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix.
• Stay ahead of SEO trends, including AI‑driven search, AEO, and local SERP shifts.
• Deliver monthly reports with actionable insights focused on lead generation and conversions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional team members to ensure smooth workflows and strong client delivery.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Expertise in Google My Business and local citation management.
• Proficiency in WordPress and other CMS platforms.
• Strong experience with keyword research and local search strategy.
