Lifecycle Marketing Assistant

About the role

Winona is seeking a detail‑oriented Lifecycle Marketing Assistant to support the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of email marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to build campaigns, manage email operations, monitor performance, and ensure a seamless customer experience across all email communications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage strategic email marketing campaigns using Iterable’s drag‑and‑drop editor and basic HTML coding.
• Create and maintain visually appealing email templates, set up automated flows, and track links.
• Monitor and manage the company’s email inbox, responding to inquiries and routing messages to relevant teams.
• Analyze key metrics (open rates, click‑through rates, conversions), conduct A/B testing, and generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
• Ensure proper use of dynamic Handlebars variables for personalization and optimize design for mobile, desktop, and dark‑mode compatibility.
• Maintain the customer database and related spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Attend client meetings, take comprehensive notes, and communicate key information to cross‑functional teams.
• Utilize ClickUp for task and deadline management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, or marketing operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude.
