Legal Administrative Assistant – Full Time

About the role

We are seeking an on‑site Legal Administrative Assistant to support our legal team in Belgrano, Capital Federal. The position requires bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) at a C1 level and the ability to manage both physical and digital legal documentation with full autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, proofread, and format legal documents (briefs, contracts, powers of attorney) in Spanish and English.
• Maintain and organize physical and digital case files, monitor statutory deadlines, and ensure proper filing.
• Serve as the primary liaison for international clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate on‑site logistics such as couriers for sensitive papers, meeting‑room scheduling, and client reception.
• Conduct basic legal research and provide accurate translations of evidence or corporate policies.

Required profile

• Bilingual Spanish/English with C1 proficiency.
• Degree or advanced studies in Law, Paralegal Studies, or Professional Translation.
• Experience working autonomously in an on‑site office environment.
• Extreme discretion, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with Argentine court procedures (e.g., PJN).

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word for complex formatting.
• Experience with legal management software such as Lex Doctor or Clio.
• Advanced Legal English terminology.
• Accurate translation of legal documents.
