Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator

About the role

The Senior Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator supports Worldwide Clinical Trials departments and the LMS Support Team in all aspects of LMS administration, maintenance, and user support.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain learning activities such as training modules, classes, courses, and learning matrices within the LMS.
• Resolve end‑user LMS queries, manage user accounts, and maintain the LMS support center with proper documentation.
• Provide training records and documentation for audits and inspections, and respond to related findings.
• Develop and enforce system guidelines, FAQs, and quality checks to ensure consistent operation and role‑based security.
• Generate training reports using LMS reporting tools and lead assigned training projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with a learning management system, preferably Cornerstone or Cornerstone SBX.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and ability to work independently or under direction.

Required skills

• Cornerstone LMS (or Cornerstone SBX) administration.
• Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Basic project management and customer service abilities.
