LATAM Growth Lead

About the role

Tangem is seeking a LATAM Growth Lead to drive the company’s expansion across Latin America. You will shape the regional growth strategy, build key partnerships, and lead a team of Growth Managers to acquire and activate users for Tangem’s smart‑card based hardware wallet.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute Tangem’s growth strategy for the LATAM region.
• Lead and mentor Growth Managers operating in major LATAM markets.
• Own regional KPIs such as user acquisition, activation, revenue contribution and market expansion.
• Establish strategic partnerships with exchanges, payment providers, fintechs, KOLs, communities and other ecosystem players.
• Launch country‑specific go‑to‑market plans and coordinate with Product, Marketing, Partnerships and Commercial teams.
• Represent Tangem at crypto conferences and industry events throughout the region.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in crypto‑related companies (exchange, wallet, DeFi, Web3 infrastructure, stablecoins, etc.).
• Proven track record of leading regional teams and growing products across multiple LATAM countries.
• Experience building partnerships with exchanges, KOLs, crypto communities and ecosystem partners.
• Strong understanding of self‑custody wallets and crypto user behavior.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
