KYC Manager – Global Corporate Banking

About the role

As a KYC Manager within the Global Corporate Banking team, you will lead a group of KYC Relationship Officers, ensuring the implementation and maintenance of a robust AML/KYC program across the region. You will be responsible for team performance, development, and the overall oversight of a KYC portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate staff performance through regular feedback, quarterly/annual reviews, and talent discussions.
• Lead team meetings, provide guidance, and allocate resources for KYC tasks.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and coaching of new KYC Relationship Officers.
• Manage the KYC lifecycle pipeline, coordinating with offshore partners and adjusting capacity as needed.
• Handle client escalations and special cases in collaboration with regional leadership.
• Work closely with compliance and AML/KYC partners to ensure consistent processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience preparing and processing KYC forms.
• Strong time‑management, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and people‑development skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with MS Office applications.
