About the role

IDEMIA is seeking a results‑driven Key Account Manager to lead business development and grow strategic customer relationships across Argentina. You will work with telecom, IoT, payments, automotive and utilities sectors, combining a hunter and farmer mindset to expand existing accounts and capture new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic customer accounts throughout Argentina.
  • Drive new‑business prospecting, lead commercial negotiations, renewals and contract discussions.
  • Coordinate and participate in RFI/RFP/RFQ processes.
  • Develop account plans focused on upselling, cross‑selling and long‑term growth.
  • Collaborate with regional and cross‑functional teams to deliver value‑based connectivity solutions (SIM, eSIM, iSIM).
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and revenue visibility.
  • Represent IDEMIA at industry events and networking opportunities.

Required profile

  • Proven B2B sales/account‑management experience in telecom, connectivity, IoT or related technology sectors.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Self‑driven, autonomous and results‑oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and forecast management.
